I guess you can really think that Myspace.com® simply sits back and lets the site run on it's own by looking at people's comments with all that spam that builds up daily but finally we get to see that Myspace.com® is actually taking legal action to the people behind those links which are creating the spam! The post included a link to RedHerring.com's article about the case, Click here to view it. Just a note: This isn't the first lawsuit MySpace has opened up, there have been quite a few.
Of course this won't actually stop all the spam because there are more people causing it but it helps people out by not letting it ruin their comments by posting certain messages on it.
If you truly want to stop the spam, stop going to the links from your friend's comments. If you did, or if you haven't changed your password in a while then maybe you should go ahead and just change your password even if you aren't experiencing any phishing occuring on your account.
To delete the comments that seem to be "undeletable" just go to:

thank you :]
Thanks for adding me as an affiliate! I don’t have time to add you right now because I am going to softball with my boyfriend.
I will add you later tonight!
Oooh could you make an 88×15 banner for me to use to link to your site? Sorry to be annoying.
